Richard is a business & technology consultant with a 30-year track record of being ‘parachuted in’ to countless well-known international companies to rescue them from disaster, or to guarantee the success of complex missions.Yes, he really is a navy seal when it comes to ensuring the success of business missions.

He successfully ran a wide range of projects for companies such as HSBC, Adidas, Formula 1, Deutsche Bank, NHS, Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young, ESMA, & many more. Because of this experience, he started to see a pattern in what makes some businesses successful and others fail. Since mid-2016, he decided to use his fine-tuned skills to help smaller more dynamic businesses, with far more limited resources of time & capital become successful. His life’s mission is to help solo entrepreneurs with limited resources of time & capital get to a stage where their business works on their terms and not the other way around.

About Sindre

Sindre went through the entrepreneurial rollercoaster the hard way, learning by trial and error. This experience has provided him with an invaluable perspective, enabling him to deeply understand the subject and anticipate potential pitfalls and mistakes. This knowledge has equipped him with the skills to be a powerful coach and mentor to others, helping them to avoid costly mistakes, shave years off their learning curve and achieve success.

For the past 7 years, he has built his own music tuition practice – a business that works on his terms and around his life and schedule. Through utilising powerful and creative marketing techniques, he now receives more enquiries than he can handle – even through the 2020-21 pandemic!

In 2019 he launched duett.co.uk – a music tuition service that doesn’t rip people off.

In 2021 he created a network of ambitious filmmakers. Within 4 weeks of starting this group, it grew to 50 people, and by the 7th week, he secured the first interviews with industry leaders including an Oscar-winning film director.
